Celebrating 25 Years of Business! Our first meeting was held in September of 1993. Over the years a question we often get asked is, do you have adult classes that do not perform?

The answer is always no, BUT this year, in celebration of our 25 years, it is a YES this September of 2018!

In one hour you will learn a dance routine, Spirit Style. It will be fun. The classes will be small. The dance will be broken down for you. No judgement, no worries, just fun. You can fill the class with your own friends or just come and meet some new ones.

We do not care what age you are, we don’t care the experience you have. It is simple. It is for fun and the confidence you will get out of it will surprise you. Women building each other up, something that has seemed to work for the last 25 years here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with the CR Spirits Professional Dance Team.

Tiffany & Crystal will be the only ones instructing this new experience in September. It is only $5 per person/class. There will be limited space. You will need to email studio@crspirits.com if you are interested.

Or the kids are going back to school and you’re a stay at home mom that needs to find some other moms that have the same hobby as you. You are in luck we have classes during the morning/day too!
